The property is divided into two different sized parcels - a 3.74 acre parcel, where Viewline Resort Snowmass is located, and a 1.17 acre parcel, where Wildwood Snowmass is located. Both hotels are currently jointly owned and operated. Following a USD 41.5 million renovation, Viewline Resort Snowmass debuts with elevated interiors and exteriors, enhanced culinary offerings, and  curated guest programming, delivering a modern luxury resort experience with a 1960’s mountain town ethos.

■ Viewline Resort Snowmass:

The Viewline Resort Snowmass (formerly Westin Snowmass), which opened in 1962, features 254 rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar, and a coffee shop, 16,998 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool, outdoor whirlpools, a fitness room, a full-service spa, leased retail outlets, a ski valet, and a kid’s club. The Viewline Resort closed on April 16, 2021 to undergo an extensive  renovation and conversion to an Autograph Collection hotel. The hotel reopened on December 24, 2021 as an independent hotel, and was listed on the Marriott website under a white label on February 16, 2022. The hotel obtained the Autograph Collection brand affiliation on September 15, 2022.

■ Wildwood Snowmass:

The Wildwood Snowmass, which opened in 1967, features 103 rooms, 55 employee housing units (are used for both hotels), a restaurant and seasonal pool café, 1,800 square feet of meeting  space, an outdoor pool, an outdoor whirlpool, a fitness room, a game room, and a guest laundry area, as well as an employee lounge. The Wildwood Snowmass operates independent of a brand affiliation, and is expected to remain so. This hotel has undergone less extensive renovations compared to the Viewline Resort. Wildwood Snowmass closed in March 2020 and reopened in January 2022.

■ Meeting:

Renovated in 2022, the Event Center has more than 18,000 square feet of flexible event space. In addition, unique meeting spaces are available to guests in the lobby areas as well as in  neighboring Wildwood Snowmass. The largest capacity, with 200 guests, is the Ballroom at Viewline.
