ACRON USA FONDS Winn Dixie L.P.
Supermarket Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
After the original tenant Winn Dixie had filed for bankruptcy, the investment property was leased to Savemore Superstore. Thanks to the property's favorable location and the new tenant's satisfaction with the building, Savemore Superstore decided to buy the property. The equity invested was fully paid back to the investors, and an average yield of around 4 percent annually was generated. The internal return was 4.7 percent annually. In addition, ACRON decided to waive its own fee of USD 44,600, thereby also making this amount available for distribution.
