ACRON HELVETIA VII – Fully Leased Thanks to Fixed-Term Lease

On May 5, 2010, ACRON HELVETIA VII Immobilien AG signed a lease with HOCHTIEF Development Schweiz AG for the last 3.15 percent of the total net leasable area of the property still available (approximately 600 square meters - 6,459 sq. ft.). This arrangement completely rescinds the general lease agreement with HOCHTIEF signed at the inception of the investment eight months ago.

HOCHTIEF Development Schweiz AG will use the space for its own offices and further pursue its success strategy from this location in the future. The company has close ties to Portikon: after all, it was the first project that HOCHTIEF Development Schweiz AG completed in Switzerland. The agreement, which stipulates a June 1, 2010 start date for the lease, was signed with ACRON HELVETIA VII Immobilien AG for an eight-year period.

ACRON HELVETIA VII is pleased to welcome HOCHTIEF Development Schweiz AG as a new tenant in the Portikon property.
