Concept

ACRON initiates indirect real estate investments structured as separate real estate limited partnerships (SPVs, or special purpose vehicles). After a designated real estate asset is acquired by the respective real estate limited partnership, ACRON places the shares of the real estate limited partnership with investors via an exclusive group of banks and investment advisors.

ACRON structures all of its real estate investments for individual investors and as club deals for groups of two to six investors or larger groups of investors.

ACRON ensures the exclusivity of its offers with a generally high minimum investment of CHF 100,000 (EUR 125,000 or USD 200,000) and limitation of the investor group to qualified investors ("sophisticated investors").

After successful placement, the registered shares of the Swiss ACRON Property Companies are posted to the securities accounts of the investors. If there is a sufficient number of investors (free float), and if the shareholders pass a resolution to this effect, the shares can be listed on the BX Berne eXchange.

ACRON investments combine the advantages of a direct investment in real estate (from the property perspective) with the benefits of an indirect investment (from the investment perspective).

Security: D&O insurance

ACRON has obtained comprehensive directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance from Lloyd´s of London for the protection of its investors. All investors in ACRON single-property investment companies are also insured under these policies.

These policies provide coverage totaling EUR 7,500,000 per claim for all claims in an insurance year. Partial coverage per investment company and claim amounts to
EUR 4,000,000. In the case of breaches of fiduciary duty, coverage is fixed at
EUR 2,000,000 per claim and year.
