ACRON is a highly specialized originator of real estate investments. Founded in 1981, ACRON is a family-owned company managed today by the second generation. Thanks to its excellent problem-solving skills and fast decision-making processes, ACRON combines capital and decision-making authority to guarantee strong continuity in management.

With headquarters in Zurich and subsidiaries in Düsseldorf, Dallas, and Tulsa, ACRON has structured and launched indirect and closed real estate investments for private individuals and institutional investors in Switzerland, the United States and Germany. According to the principle "One Asset – One Company" real estate is the asset at the core of every ACRON investment, each of which is structured as a closed property investment, primarily in the legal form of a (listed) stock corporation.

ACRON´s goal is to build the wealth of its investors with real estate assets ("Building Wealth"). ACRON only enters into investments that guarantee projected minimum annual returns of 7 % (IRR) in Switzerland and Western Europe or 10 % (IRR) in North and Latin America.
