Klaus W. Bender, Attorney

When he founded ACRON in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 1981, attorney Klaus W. Bender laid the foundation for today's ACRON Group. He subsequently established the branches in Zurich, Switzerland (1988), and Dallas, Texas, USA (1991). In addition to his position as President of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based ACRON US Holding Corp., Mr. Bender is President of the Board of Directors of ACRON AG in Zurich, Switzerland, and a member of the Board of Directors of both ACRON (USA) L.P. and ACRON U.S. Management, Inc. Klaus W. Bender has many years of experience in the fields of real estate and tax law, obtained during many years spent working as an attorney in his own international law firm with offices in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg, and Chemnitz, Germany, as well as Warsaw, Poland.

Jürg Greter, Attorney, LL.M.

Member of the Board of Directors of ACRON AG

After being admitted to the bar in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1996, Mr. Greter worked as a consultant, gathering experience in various positions. In 2000, he graduated from a post-graduate course in international tax law at New York University and was admitted to the bar in New York in 2001. From that point onward, Mr. Greter practiced law at various U.S. law firms and is currently a partner at Meier-Greter Attorneys in Zurich. Jürg Greter, LL.M. has been a Member of the Board of Directors of ACRON AG since 2005. Moreover, Jürg Greter is a Member of the Board of Directors of the HELVETIA I, V and VII companies as well as President of the Board of Directors of the HELVETIA II, III and VI companies.

Kai Bender, Attorney, LL.M.

CEO of ACRON AG

After being admitted to the bar in 2002, Kai Bender completed an LL.M. with a specialization in corporate and tax law. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of ACRON (USA) L.P. and ACRON U.S. Management, Inc. since 2004. In 2006, Kai Bender was named Vice President of ACRON US Holding Corp. and ACRON U.S. Management, Inc. From 2003 to 2010 Kai Bender was Managing Director of ACRON GmbH in Düsseldorf and since 2008 he has been CEO of ACRON AG in Zurich, Switzerland. Moreover, Kai Bender is Member of the Board of Directors of ABBIA AG, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the HELVETIA II and III companies as well as President of the Board of Directors of the HELVETIA V and VII companies. In December 2011, Mr. Bender was also named Managing Director of ACRON Lux Invest S.à r.l. in Luxembourg.
