2012

Full placement of the ACRON Berlin Brandenburg International Airporthotel (ABBIA) AG. Almost half a year before the opening of the investment property Four-Star Superior Steigenberger Hotel at the new BER airport 95 percent of the shares were sold to a private investor. ACRON retains an interest of CHF 100,000 in the company and remains responsible for the asset- and property management.

2011

ACRON purchases the Class A office property 10 United Nations Plaza in San Francisco, California.

Establishment of ACRON Lux Invest S.à r.l.: Foundation for the initiation of international real estate investments according to Luxembourgian company structures.

ACRON has placed all of the shares of ACRON HELVETIA VII Immobilien AG with investors.

ACRON has placed the shares of ACRON HELVETIA V Immobilien AG with three investors.

ACRON Holding AG merges with ACRON AG, Zurich. ACRON AG, Zurich, is the parent company of the ACRON Group.

2009

In October, the sole investor in ACRON HELVETIA IV sells all shares of the company and generates an annual return (after IRR) of 18.72 percent.

Sale of office property held by the US investment company ACRON Harvard Garden L.P. as of September 30. Sole investor receives an average return (after IRR) of 8.48 percent on the equity invested.

Listing of ACRON HELVETIA I, II, and III shares on the BX Berne eXchange.

ACRON HELVETIA I Immobilien Aktiengesellschaft merges with Südpark Zuchwilerstrasse Immobilien AG in Solothurn. The company again holds two properties in line with its concept.

Appointment of Klaus W. Bender as Delegate of the Board of Directors of ACRON AG.

Kai Bender becomes CEO of ACRON AG, Zurich.

2007

ACRON HELVETIA I Immobilien Aktiengesellschaft sells the Riedpark shopping center in Neerach after a six-year holding period for 40 percent more than the purchase price. The company's next investment is the office center in Buchs in the Canton of Zurich.

Putting in place of management team and opening of the ACRON U.S. Management, Inc. office in Houston, Texas, and closing on the first office property in Houston.
